Join my Block Pilates Flow class, designed according to the B.A.S.I Pilates Block system, for anyone at all fitness levels to build strength, flexibility, and core stability through a dynamic and flowing Pilates routine. Whether you're new to Pilates or a seasoned mover, this class will challenge your body, enhance mobility, and leave you feeling stronger and more aligned.
